About the Role
As a Market Research Manager at Leiden Research, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of market research projects. You will work closely with clients, manage project teams, and use your expertise to deliver high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage market research projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed within scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop project plans, set objectives, and allocate resources effectively.
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand their research objectives, provide expert guidance, and deliver tailored research solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
Research Design:
Design research studies, including selecting appropriate methodologies, survey instruments, and data collection strategies.
Ensure research designs meet project objectives and deliver actionable insights.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Oversee data collection efforts, which may include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research.
Analyze research data using statistical tools and research methodologies to extract meaningful insights.
Reporting and Presentation:
Prepare clear and insightful reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings.
Communicate research results effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of research integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and ethical guidelines.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor research teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the research department.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in market research, with a track record of managing and leading research projects.
Strong knowledge of research methodologies, survey design, and data analysis.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
